Overview

Join Tesco Mobile as a Phone Shop colleague at the Wirral Heswall Superstore. You will help customers find the right handsets and services, deliver a positive shopping experience, and work within a fast‑paced, friendly environment.

• Pay starts at £12.87 per hour (up to £14.08 inside the M25); bonuses may apply depending on location.
• Minimum guaranteed hours: 12 per week.
• Shifts are scheduled within the following windows, with 3‑week notice:
  Tue 11:00‑19:00, Wed 11:00‑19:00, Thu 09:00‑17:00, Fri 09:00‑17:00, Sat 09:00‑17:00.

• Deliver a great shopping trip for customers every day, following all opening and closing routines and ensuring facilities are kept in good working order.
• Create a positive impression through good dress and readiness to serve.
• Model helpful, friendly service behaviours and demonstrate enthusiasm for customer‑centric work.
• Protect the legal brand by ensuring compliance with all safe and legal routines.
• Support the manager to control costs, deliver budgets, maintain stock record accuracy, and prepare for stock control routines.
