Availability Requirement - Please Read Carefully

This role requires flexibility and the ability to work up to 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, within our operational hours:

• Monday to Saturday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
• Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00pm

Regular weekend availability is essential

About the Role

You will average 16 hours per week
, with hours varying week to week depending on business needs. As part of our team, you'll be involved in all aspects of store operations and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service and assisting with purchases
• Receiving deliveries, checking stock, booking items onto the system, and merchandising on the shop floor
• Using the EPOS system for payments and stock checks
• Pricing and maintaining attractive product displays
• Running shifts as required (after training)

Skills & Experience

• A positive, enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude
• Retail experience is desirable but not essential - full training provided
• Supervisory experience is an advantage, as part-time Team Members will run occasional shifts
• Good numeracy, literacy and PC skills
• Organised, reliable and able to work well as part of a team

All successful candidates will be required to complete Shift Runner training within a reasonable timescale.

• £12.75 per hour for employees aged 21+
• £13.25 per hour once Shift Runner training is completed (inclusive of monthly Attendance Bonus)
