Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a Customer Assistant in our Food section to be at the frontline during peak times. You’ll deliver five-star service, promote new products, and help customers find what they need across busy shifts.
This frontline role requires resilience, a positive attitude, and comfort with using Sparks and in-store devices. You’ll work across store areas, adapting to changing demands, and strive to exceed customer expectations every visit.
