We're looking for a passionate Travel Consultant to become the newest addition to this energetic, customer-focused team. This is a varied, fast-paced and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll be helping customers create unforgettable holidays — whether face‑to‑face, online, over social media, or on the phone.

• Designing and booking memorable travel experiences tailored perfectly to your customers' needs
• Engaging confidently with new and existing clients across multiple channels, including online chat, social media, phone calls and in‑person
• Delivering exceptional customer service — the secret to the company's continued success
• Achieving individual sales targets while supporting your team to meet overall branch goals

• Previous experience working in a retail travel environment
• A natural communicator who can build relationships with a diverse range of customers
• Ambition, drive and a genuine passion for travel, with an eagerness to stay up to date with current travel trends
