Job Description

This role offers a base salary of £29,750, plus a £4,000 car allowance and an OTE of £45,000 through commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide installation, training, and excellent early life support to all new retailers in the convenience sector.
  • Proactively sell PayPoint products into existing businesses within the territory of North Wales and Birkenhead.
  • Plan journeys effectively using CRM, prioritising calls based on opportunity and directives from your line manager.
  • Prepare thoroughly for each call, setting SMART objectives for each outlet to develop retailer business and increase PayPoint penetration.
  • Visit all leads and opportunities within the agreed lead generation SLAs.
  • Participate in team days, including presentations and collaborative activities.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of PayPoint products, including EPOS systems.
  • Ensure all work, including contract completion and , meets high standards and complies with PayPoint policies.
  • Exhibit high personal conduct, professional appearance, and role model company values to reflect the professionalism of PayPoint Retail Services Field Team.
  • Be self-motivated.
  • Hold a full, valid driving license.
