Hours
: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off, weekend work involved.

• Buy cars and ensure efficient running of branch; main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Do car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues.

• A current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target‑driven environment.
• Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.
