Senior Sales Negotiator

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, maximising sales opportunities and supporting the success of the branch.

Your role will include:

• Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local customers
• Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice throughout the sales process
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
• Generating new business opportunities and maximising every customer interaction
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve branch targets

To be successful as a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience within residential estate agency, such as Sales Negotiator, Senior Negotiator or Property Consultant
• A strong understanding of the property sales process
• Experience working in a target-driven environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and positive approach with strong attention to detail

We’re also open to candidates from strong sales or customer-focused backgrounds who have transferable skills, including negotiation, relationship management and working towards targets.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required.
