Seeking a career in sales but lack the experience?
We are currently looking for Trainee Sales Advisors to join our energy sales team in Liverpool.
Key Responsibilities- Build relationships and explain energy products and pricing
- Qualify leads and follow up with interested prospects
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Learn about the UK energy market and develop consultative sales skills
- Advising clients on energy contracts, renewals, and market trends
- Offering tailored switching solutions from our panel of trusted suppliers
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take on feedback
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- No sales experience required – full training will be provided
- Competitive base salary + commission
- Uncapped commission structure – realistic OTE £35,000+ in Year 1
