This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing estate agency professional who understands the unique West Kirby and Heswall markets and can play a key role in driving sales performance, winning instructions, and delivering an outstanding client experience.

• Managing residential sales transactions from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Conducting accompanied viewings and providing expert advice to buyers and sellers.
• Negotiating offers and securing the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Generating new business opportunities and identifying prospective vendors.
• Supporting valuation activities and converting appraisals into instructions.
• Progressing agreed sales and maintaining regular communication with all parties involved.
• Building long-term relationships within the local community and property market.
• Working closely with mortgage and conveyancing partners to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Consistently achieving and exceeding agreed sales and performance targets.

• Minimum 3 years' experience working as an Estate Agency Sales Negotiator.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering strong conversion rates.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the West Kirby and Heswall property markets

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

• £30,000 basic salary
