Location: Wirral
Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a School Readiness Worker for a 2-year fixed term based at Seacombe Family Hub, covering the Wallasey locality. The role involves working with parents and carers to support children aged 0‑5 and to ensure inclusive, holistic development.
You will collaborate with health services, early years settings, schools and community organisations to deliver OFSTED-aligned support and improve outcomes.
