Conductassessmentstohelpfamiliesdevelopandmaintainasafeandnurturingenvironment. Safeguardchildrenandparentsthroughcontinuousassessmentandplanning. Buildtrustingrelationshipswithfamilies,offeringongoingguidanceandencouragement. Supportparentstoreachtheirfullpotential,enablingthemtoprovidecarethatmeetsa"goodenough standard".
