We Do Social Work is seeking an Experienced Adult Social Worker to join a busy Adult Social Care Review Team. You will carry out strengths-based Care Act assessments, reviews and support planning to promote independence.
Applicants must be registered with Social Work England and have experience with adult safeguarding and complex assessments. You will work closely with health professionals and the MDT, chair multi-agency meetings when required, and maintain compliant case records.
