Senior / Supervising Social Worker

Your Role We are looking for a passionate Senior / Supervising Social Worker to join our friendly and dynamic team. You will primarily work with Foster Parent households in Merseyside and the North West region.
Responsible for the recruitment, training, assessment, support, and supervision of Foster Parents.
Ensure high-quality placements for looked-after children.

Excellent assessment skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration; recent experience in fostering and children’s services is desirable.
Good working knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding.
Innovative mindset with a drive to share our creative vision, whether you’re new to fostering or an experienced social worker.
