What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify risks, strengths, and needs, developing appropriate intervention plans for children and families.
• Prepare and present high-quality reports for court proceedings, ensuring information is accurate, evidence-based, and focused on the best interests of the child.
• Work collaboratively with legal professionals, education services, health professionals, and other partner agencies to develop effective child protection strategies.
• Provide direct emotional and social support to children and families, helping them navigate complex and challenging circumstances.
• Monitor progress and outcomes, reviewing plans and interventions as required to promote safety and positive change.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and up-to-date case records in accordance with statutory requirements and professional standards.
