Are you passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their health goals? Our client, a leading fitness organisation, is looking for a talented Gym Instructor to join their team on a temporary basis. If you have a Level 3 PT qualification and experience in instructing HIT, Spin, and other classes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! This role is based on the Wirral around the Bebington area.

As a Gym Instructor, you will play a vital role in the management and development of our client's facilities. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the maintenance and development of the facilities, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
• Taking charge of the gym, ensuring equipment is properly maintained and that all aspects related to the gym run smoothly.
• Screening and inducting members, as well as designing and updating fitness programmes to suit their needs.
• Assisting with the class schedule, ensuring classes meet customer requirements and participating in regular schedule reviews.

You will be required to work on Tuesday 11.30am - 7pm and Thursdays 7am - 2.30pm to start with so you get used to the gym, then you will be required to work extra hours and cover when there are holidays which will mean full time hours. The gym is open between 7am - 7pm Mon to Thurs and then 7am - 2.30pm on a Friday!

The pay rate is also 13.45 ph

To excel in this role, you will need to bring your enthusiasm, expertise, and drive to the team. The ability to effectively communicate and motivate members is crucial, as is your dedication to providing a consistently high level of service. In addition to your PT Level 3 qualification, previous experience in leading fitness classes and conducting 1-2-1 PT sessions is essential.

You should also be comfortable with general cleaning and maintaining cleanliness in the gym.
