Bromborough, Wirral Pay Rate: £18.32 per hour Job Type: Full-Time | Ongoing Work | Immediate Starts Available Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 Drivers on behalf of our client based in the Bromborough area of the Wirral.

The Role As a HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be working with a team of loaders collecting household waste across local residential routes.

Drivers are expected to support the crew with loading duties when required, so applicants must be physically fit and willing to work as part of a team.

Requirements Valid HGV Class 2 (Cat

C) Licence Valid CPC qualification Digital Tachograph Card Maximum 6 penalty points Good communication and teamwork skills Physically fit and willing to assist with loading duties Previous waste industry experience beneficial but not essential

Key Responsibilities Collecting household waste across local routes Carrying out daily vehicle checks Completing all relevant paperwork accurately Reporting delays, defects, contamination, or access issues Working safely and in line with company procedures Supporting loaders with collections when required
