Delivery Driver - Vehicle

Position Summary

Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver for our {LOCATION} branch. In this role you will collect and deliver prescriptions in a timely and efficient manner, and establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing courteous and effective customer service. You will also maintain accurate administrative records, including delivery logs, inventory tracking and ensuring all required documentation is completed and filed.

You must handle medication with professionalism and ensure the security of the van at all times.

• Collect and deliver prescriptions to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing courteous and effective customer service.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records, including delivery logs, inventory tracking and documentation.
• Ensure safe transport of goods and maintain security of van at all times.

• Full UK driving licence.
• Prior experience in customer service and delivery driving preferred.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service and building rapport with vulnerable individuals.
