Our client is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their accounting team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting financial operations, handling a variety of tasks from processing payments to assisting with monthly closings.

• Ensure smooth financial transactions with high-volume data entry.
• Process payments for both suppliers and customers.
• Maintain accurate records and create monthly statements.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Post incoming payments to outstanding invoices.
• Generate and distribute recurring invoices to customers.

• At least 2 years of accounts receivable experience.
• Basic invoicing experience.
• Experience using customer portals to upload invoices.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and basic pivot tables.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively.
