Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

In this role you will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role, so you will use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax-preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer-service skills, excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Must have or be willing to obtain an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range varies by location:
Bay Area & Southern California $28.80–$36.50;
Colorado $27.50–$34.80;
Hawaii & several other states $28.80–$36.50;
Minnesota & Ohio $24.80–$30.30; other locations $27.50–$34.80. This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location, and Intuit conducts regular comparisons across ethnicity and gender to ensure pay equity.
