Tax & Accounting Professional – Full Time (In-Person)

Location: Birmingham, AL

We are a small, well-established CPA firm with offices in Birmingham and Atlanta. Our team takes pride in providing exceptional service to our clients while maintaining a low-stress, collaborative, and supportive work environment.

We are seeking a full-time, in-person Tax & Accounting Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and enjoys variety in their work.

• Prepare individual, corporate, and estate tax returns
• Assist with bookkeeping and payroll processing for clients
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional communication
• Assist with tax planning and advisory projects as needed
• Maintain accurate and organized work papers and client records

• 2+ years of experience in tax preparation (CPA or EA preferred, but not required)
• Proficiency with tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
