Full Charge Bookkeeper Onsite

We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper
for a Birmingham based client. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable
  , payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain the general ledger and prepare monthly financial statements.
• Manage month-end and year-end closings
  , including journal entries and trial balance.
• Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with management and external auditors as needed.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience
  , including full charge responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
