Billing Manager

• Oversee all billing operations including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Ensure billing accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.

• Lead and develop the billing team, establishing performance standards and providing coaching.
• Ensure team members have resources and training to execute billing functions effectively.

• Identify and implement billing process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with finance and technology teams to optimize billing systems and workflows.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. 5+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of billing systems and accounting principles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• CPA or relevant professional certification.
• Experience in financial services industry.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting systems.
• Six Sigma or process improvement certification.
