Bank Operations Levy/Garnishment Specialist

• Examine court documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and legal sufficiency.
• Contact agencies and/or attorneys regarding documents that do not comply with statutes or procedures.
• Review bank files to determine if a customer has an account that can be attached.
• Initiate hold or account restrictions as required.
• Update case information in the database, including phone conversations, and ensure all documents are archived.
• Initiate case closing as appropriate.
• Provide hard copy answers and remit official checks to courts/agencies.
• Produce and mail required customer notifications.
• Collect legal processing fees where allowed.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Previous legal experience.
• Experience working with databases.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong organization skills.
• Strong time management skills.

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point‑of‑market reference. The target information for this position is $37,750.00 USD (minimum) and $44,940.00 USD (median). This role is not incentive eligible.
