Nathan & Nathan PC is a family‑owned law firm specializing in creditors' rights. We are searching for a Data Operations Specialist to join our Information Technology team, bringing a positive attitude and self‑motivation.

• Manage data uploads and downloads from vendors and clients
• Import and export data from multiple software systems
• Follow check‑list procedures to ensure data accuracy
• Ensure workflow deadlines are met
• Liaison with IT and Operations for data management and updates
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong computer skills in operations, not programming
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (preferred)
• Attention to detail
• Strong time‑management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent (IT operations experience preferred)
