Overview
Nathan & Nathan PC is a family-owned law firm specializing in creditors' rights. We are in search of a Data Operations Specialist to be an addition to our Information Technology team to join our Firm who brings a positive attitude and is self-motivated.
Primary Responsibilities- Manage data uploads and downloads from vendors and clients
- Import and export data from multiple software systems
- Follow check list procedures to ensure data accuracy
- Ensuring workflow deadlines are met.
- Liaison with IT and Operations involving data management and updates
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong computer skills in operations not programming
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel experience preferred
- Attention to Detail
- Strong Time management skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to Prioritize task
- High school diploma or equivalent IT operations experience preferred
