Terms: 12+ Months Contract
Base pay range$20.00/hr - $22.00/hr
Overview- We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support to our team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth office operations, efficient communication, and timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls; respond to emails and inquiries
- Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and itineraries
- Support onboarding processes for new employees
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoice tracking or data entry
- Provide general support to leadership and team members as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field (optional)
- Experience with scheduling tools or project management software
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or CRM systems
