Pay Rate: $21/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm

Job Overview

Kelly Services is seeking an organized and reliable Administrative Assistant to support a great client in the Birmingham area. The successful candidate will play an essential role in ensuring smooth office operations while delivering outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and calendar management.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Greet visitors and assist customers, maintaining a positive office environment.
  • Manage correspondence, file records, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, organizing files, and handling general office tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
