Pay Rate: $21/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Job OverviewKelly Services is seeking an organized and reliable Administrative Assistant to support a great client in the Birmingham area. The successful candidate will play an essential role in ensuring smooth office operations while delivering outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and calendar management.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Greet visitors and assist customers, maintaining a positive office environment.
- Manage correspondence, file records, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, organizing files, and handling general office tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Demonstrated dependability with a strong work ethic
- Professional demeanor and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Exceptional phone skills and verbal communication abilities
- Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and remain detail-oriented
