Job Details

NHS Management is seeking a Clinical Administrative Assistant to support the day‑to‑day operations of our Training Center in Birmingham, Alabama
. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced healthcare environment, is highly organized, and understands the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in clinical settings.

This position plays a key role in supporting clinical education, onboarding, and training activities that directly impact the quality of care delivered across our facilities.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide administrative support for clinical training and education programs
  • Coordinate schedules, classes, meetings, and training events
  • Maintain accurate training records, rosters, and documentation
  • Assist with onboarding and compliance‑related paperwork
  • Prepare materials for training sessions (sign‑in sheets, packets, certificates, etc.)
  • Communicate professionally with clinical staff, instructors, and leadership
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and general office correspondence
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and company policies
What We’re Looking For Required
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Experience working in a healthcare, clinical, or regulated environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and follow‑through
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
  • Professional demeanor and dependable attendance
Preferred
  • Healthcare administrative experience (LTC, rehab, hospital, or clinic)
  • Familiarity with training programs, onboarding, or compliance documentation
  • Experience supporting nurses, clinical educators, or leadership teams
