NHS Management is seeking a Clinical Administrative Assistant to support the day‑to‑day operations of our Training Center in Birmingham, Alabama
. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced healthcare environment, is highly organized, and understands the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in clinical settings.
This position plays a key role in supporting clinical education, onboarding, and training activities that directly impact the quality of care delivered across our facilities.
What You’ll Do- Provide administrative support for clinical training and education programs
- Coordinate schedules, classes, meetings, and training events
- Maintain accurate training records, rosters, and documentation
- Assist with onboarding and compliance‑related paperwork
- Prepare materials for training sessions (sign‑in sheets, packets, certificates, etc.)
- Communicate professionally with clinical staff, instructors, and leadership
- Manage emails, phone calls, and general office correspondence
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and company policies
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Experience working in a healthcare, clinical, or regulated environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and follow‑through
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Professional demeanor and dependable attendance
- Healthcare administrative experience (LTC, rehab, hospital, or clinic)
- Familiarity with training programs, onboarding, or compliance documentation
- Experience supporting nurses, clinical educators, or leadership teams
