Location: Hybrid remote — with some in-person collaboration as needed at Vanguard Economic Development’s designated workspace (location to be shared with selected candidates)

Compensation: $45,000 annual salary + health insurance

About the Role

Vanguard Economic Development is seeking an organized, community-minded Economic Development Administrator to support the coordination and impact tracking of our entrepreneurship and small‑business programs. This role blends relationship‑building, data coordination, and program administration for high‑impact local economic development initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with county and partner organizations (banks, government, and community stakeholders)
• Coordinate logistics for workshops, events, and partner activations
• Capture, analyze, and report program impact and outcomes across cohorts
• Manage day-to-day program operations and evaluation processes
• Align subject‑matter experts (SMEs) and vendors with program goals
• Support data integrity and documentation for funders and internal reporting

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, community development, or related fields
• Strong project management and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building ability
• Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment
