As the Enterprise Operations Analyst, you administer defined procedures, prepare and analyze reports, and work on projects with an emphasis on process improvement. You compile, analyze, and report volume, productivity, quality, and other statistical data to management.

• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Work with managers to apply data to business goals and analytical requirements, including capacity planning, volume forecasting, and unit costing.
• Identify operational problems and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to solve items and provide periodic reports to management.
• Create and maintain policies, procedures, and training materials to maximize efficiency and customer service.
• Ensure that teams comply with the stipulated principles and standards.
• Assist with projects led by line of business management.

• High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of related experience, or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Research, analyze data, and derive facts.
• Work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of banking operations.
• Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Target salary range: $36,280.99 – $48,770.60 USD. This position is not incentive eligible.
