As a member of the Operations team in this division, you could have the opportunity to work in a variety of different teams supporting customers.

• Account Management:
  This group will manage and grow a portfolio of clients by working with our Sales team to identify network needs. They will also work to solve client’s complex logistics challenges.
• Operations:
  Work with independent business owners to ensure revenue growth through advisement regarding current industry trends and forecasts
• Pricing:
  Use real time data to provide instant feedback to the Account Management team so we always stay competitive in the market and have a high success rate on awarded business.

• Pursuing a business-related 4-year bachelor’s degree from accredited university
• Sophomore-Junior-level college student pursuing a degree within Business, Management, Marketing, Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance or a similar field
• Minimum 2.5 or aboveGPA
• Exhibit a strong work ethic and loyalty
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Has strong aspirations for future success in business or management
• Self-starter with high personal motivation and desire to take initiative and ownership
• Prior coursework, internship, or work experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to multi-task and problem-solve effectively.
