As a Client Success, Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Dash’s client implementation projects from project kickoff to successful launch. You set the tone for a client’s relationship with Dash. You will serve as the primary project lead, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives and Dash’s standards. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role in which you will manage multiple concurrent projects while coordinating closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Sales, Operations, and external client stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and maximize client satisfaction.

This role demands exceptional planning, organization, communication, and strategic thinking to continuously improve Dash’s client experience. Additionally, this role requires the ability to successfully navigate and manage complexities related to Dash’s reseller model, and other highly complex projects.

• Lead project delivery for client implementations, including planning, build, testing, launch, and post-launch hyper care.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a highly organized manner while maintaining project quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Adhere to Dash’s project management standards, methodologies, project documentation, and communication requirements.
• Lead project kickoff and recurring status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to establish clear objectives, roles, responsibilities, and success criteria.
• Consistently monitor project activities, follow up on activities, set completion dates, manage scope, and create an environment for early identification of risks and/or timeline slides.
• Drive issue resolution to minimize client impact and protect launch dates.
• Lead pre-launch readiness reviews and go/no-go discussions.
