• Storytelling:
  Develop creative narratives to enhance athlete branding and team promotions.
• Social Media Content Creation:
  Assist in producing engaging posts, reels, and clips optimized for platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Twitter.
• Production Management:
  Coordinate shoots, manage equipment, and ensure a smooth production workflow.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with athletes, coaches, clients, and marketing teams to bring their vision to life.
• Trend Awareness:
  Stay up to date with sports media trends, editing techniques, and social media best practices.

• Proven experience in sports videography and editing.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong grasp of motion graphics, color grading, and sound design.
• Ability to film high-paced sports action with stabilizers, drones, and high-frame-rate cameras.
• Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for engagement.
• Creativity and the ability to produce energetic, compelling content.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with photography, graphic design, or animation is a plus.

• Background in sports media, journalism, or marketing.
