Position Overview Nathan & Nathan PC is growing! We are a family‑owned creditors rights law firm in search of full‑time Consumer Relations Specialists - Bilingual to join our team in our Birmingham, AL, office. We are looking for enthusiastic people with outstanding communications skills to work in a fun and fast‑paced call‑center environment.

What You Will Do

• Resolve calls and negotiate best solutions for consumers and clients in a challenging environment.
• Able to follow instructions and make educated decisions based on training and position knowledge.
• Must follow and fully comply with all Federal, State and Local collection laws and practices.
• Meet and exceed all production goals.
• Must pass continuing education/training evaluations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation And Benefits

• Hourly rate of pay based upon experience + monthly bonus potential (after completion of training period).
