Legacy Community Federal Credit Union is looking for a full‑time Member Service Associate to join our team. We serve members in the greater Birmingham area from one of our ten branches and are proud to be the official credit union of the University of Alabama  mission is to help members "Craft their Legacy" by providing products and services that meet their financial needs.

The position requires Monday‑Thursday 8:30 am–5:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am–6:30 pm.

As a Member Service Associate, you will assist members with all financial transactions—including cash handling, withdrawals, deposits, transfers and loan payments—while delivering exceptional customer service. You will recommend and sell products, direct members to other departments for specialized services, and perform miscellaneous tasks such as typing, filing, computer input and telephone answering.

• Prior customer service experience
• Experience handling money
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 month of related experience needed
