Customer Service Representative

Interviews will be the week of January 12th

Start Date February 2nd

While in training you will work: The first 2 months Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM

After training you will work: 5 days a week between Monday - Saturdays and will be off either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Your shift will be 11:00AM - 8:00PM

Saturdays are required and your shift will be either 7:00AM - 3:30PM or 8:30AM - 5:00PM

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the database.
• Collaborate with team members and departments to improve customer service processes.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
