We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Client Success Specialist to join a growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems, staying organized, and taking ownership of the customer experience.
What You’ll Do:- Provide responsive, professional support to customers
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing accounts
- Proactively reconnect with customers and identify their needs
- Partner with internal teams to resolve issues
- Track customer activity and ensure consistent follow-through
- 1–3+ years of customer service, customer success, account management, or inside sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, dependable, and proactive
- Comfortable with customer outreach and problem-solving
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or similar systems is a plus
- Customer-first, team-oriented mindset
