Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers through a high-volume call center environment in Birmingham, Alabama. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, handles service requests efficiently, and provides a positive experience on every interaction. The person in this role will assist with inbound inquiries, complete order-related tasks accurately, and help maintain responsive customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and professionally while addressing questions, concerns, and service needs.
• Enter customer orders and update account information with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Provide helpful resolution to routine service issues by identifying needs and guiding customers through available options.
• Handle both inbound and outbound communication to support follow-up activities and ensure timely customer assistance.
• Document call details, order activity, and customer interactions clearly within required systems.
• Maintain a courteous and solution-oriented approach when managing multiple requests in a fast-paced setting.
