The Valet Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Birmingham, AL. This role oversees daily valet operations, including coordinating staff schedules, monitoring lot capacity, and ensuring timely, courteous vehicle retrieval and parking services. The Valet Supervisor leads and supports valet attendants, provides the best service enforces safety, security, and company service standards. The role interacts with guests, property management, and client representatives to resolve issues, manage traffic flow, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.

Additional responsibilities include handling incident reports, assisting with training new team members, and communicating operational updates to leadership.

• Demonstrated leadership and team supervision skills, including scheduling, coaching, and performance oversight.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, clients, and coworkers.
• Operational and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, monitor lot usage, and maintain smooth traffic flow.
• Safe driving abilities, a valid driver’s license, and comfort handling a variety of vehicles, including manual transmission where applicable.
• Problem-solving skills and sound judgment for resolving guest concerns, safety issues, and logistical challenges on-site.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, work in varying weather conditions, and perform physical tasks associated with valet operations.
• Previous experience in valet, parking operations, hospitality, or customer-facing supervisory roles is preferred.
