We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dental assisting and will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our dental team while ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

$20.00/hr – $23.00/hr

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm

• Assist the dentist during examinations, cleanings, and treatments.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are ready.
• Perform four‑handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency.
• Manage patient records and medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post‑treatment care.
• Conduct medical imaging (X‑rays and other diagnostics) as required.
• Maintain infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Support front‑office duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries.

• Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred.
• Familiarity with dental systems and equipment is essential.
• Knowledge of infection control practices and medical documentation standards is required.
• Experience as a dental receptionist or in managing patient interactions is advantageous.
• Proficiency in medical imaging techniques is beneficial.

• Dental Assistant Certification in Alabama
