Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We're currently seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our Birmingham team. If you're passionate about dentistry, love helping people, and thrive in a collaborative, patient-focused setting, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients
- Verify insurance and file claims
- Confirm and schedule appointments
- Handle patient accounts and answer phone calls
- Collaborate with front desk team to ensure a smooth patient experience
What We're Looking For:
- Previous dental experience
- Comfortable discussing finances and treatment plans
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Dentrix knowledge preferred
- Excellent telephone etiquette
Qualifications:
- Experience with dental billing and insurance processing
- Strong phone and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
