Hello Dr. My name is Jason Talbot and I am searching for a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to work in a primary care clinic on a permanent basis in either Huntsville, Alabama or at a new facility in Birmingham, Alabama.

This provider will be providing primary care to employees and their dependents through an employer-paid concierge medical practice which will be free from fee-for-service models of reimbursements from public and private payers. This practice is designed to provide a premium service to patients by focusing on quality and maintaining a patient-first mindset. This is accomplished by allowing the physician to spend 40 minutes per appointment for new patients and 20 minutes per appointment for follow up patients.

In addition a full array of support staff is available including Nurse Practitioner, RN, LPN, MA and administrative. Lastly, there are onsite labs available and a dispensary to simplify and speed up the process for patients.

Required:

BC/BE Family Medicine Alabama License

DEAFocus on preventative medicine or heath & wellness a plus M-F days Possible Saturday clinic hours 8A-12P sporadically

We can offer: $120/hour-$130/hour or $250,000-$260,000 annualized3 weeks paid vacation

CME time off and reimbursement
