Opportunity Highlights

Teach medical students, residents, and fellows while conducting research and enrolling patients in clinical trials

Leadership opportunities are available to qualified candidates, depending on experience

Join one of the largest cardiovascular programs in the Southeast

Practice at UAB Medicine, consistently ranked among the nation's top 50 hospitals for cardiology and heart surgery

Tailor your clinical focus to echocardiography, critical care cardiology, cardiac CT, or specialized interests like cardio-oncology or sports cardiology

Work a balanced schedule with 2 clinic days, 2 imaging days, and 1 protected academic or administrative day weekly

Serve inpatient cardiology 8-10 weeks per year in 1 to 2-week blocks across CCU, ICVU, and consult services
