As a Radiologist you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating a range of medical conditions through advanced imaging techniques. Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals, you will contribute to patient-centered care and help enhance our overall service quality. Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs
- Analyze images and provide accurate interpretations to aid in patient treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians to discuss imaging results and treatment options
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance patient care
- Stay current with technological advancements in radiology
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Educate patients on imaging procedures and safety protocols
- Adhere to regulatory and safety standards in all imaging practices
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in Radiology
- Experience in a clinical radiology setting preferred
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to continuous education and professional development
- Knowledge of imaging technology and procedures
- Schedule:
Monday-Friday (8a-5p) + 12 weekends per year - No call requirement
- Setting:
Remote - Daily Volume: 65-75 RVUs
- Case Types:
Broad skillset, heavy outpatient volume - Duties: ED and inpatient coverage, including strokes
- EMR:
Epic - PACS:
Intellispace - Dictation:
Powerscribe - Must be board-certified or board-eligible
