Contract Teacher/Instructional Coach/Master Educator who specializes in Special Education services in Alabama. This onsite position offers a competitive daily rate and a flexible, high‑performance culture. Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance to school leadership and staff, empowering teachers with proven strategies to enhance student success.
- Implement "The Bailey Way", focusing on impactful, results‑driven education.
- Mentor and coach educators, sharing insights and effective strategies.
- Support the implementation of educational plans across the district to improve student outcomes.
- Content expert in special education.
- Experienced educator in special services with a passion for mentoring.
- Charismatic and driven personality, able to inspire change in classrooms.
- Advantage: familiarity with educational software and tools.
