Position SummaryThe Project Manager owns one power project from start to finish, through startup. You are the owner's main contact and run the job day to day. This is a hands-on, working PM role, not a corporate one.
What You Will Be Doing- Leading superintendents and self-perform craft across mechanical, piping, electrical, steel and concrete.

- Coordinating subcontracted scopes alongside self-perform work.
- Leading owner meetings.
- Driving safety and quality on site every day.
- 5+ years managing heavy industrial construction projects.
- Power generation project experience: combined-cycle, simple-cycle, CT, HRSG, cogeneration or BOP.

- Open-shop (non-union) project experience.
- Primavera P6 proficiency.
Not a fit: True heavy industrial background required. Commercial, institutional, government or water/wastewater-only experience will not be a fit. Renewables-only backgrounds are not the target.

You live on site for the life of the project, typically about three weeks on and then home.
