• Conduct feasibility studies, develop concept‑level plans, and provide detailed design for energy projects.
• Prepare construction documents, construction oversight, and perform construction support for energy projects.
• Perform engineering calculations, prepare engineering drawings, and coordinate engineering for project execution.
• Communicate project status to clients and internal teams, manage project schedule, and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative energy solutions.

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 4 years of design/consulting experience in energy or power projects.
• Demonstrated ability to develop design calculations, construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work independently with minor supervision once given guidance by a lead engineer.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration or ability to obtain within 1 year, preferred.
• Experience with 3D modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, CADWorx, Navis Works) and power system modeling (SKM Power Tools, ETAP) highly regarded.
• Experience with renewable energy, microgrids, energy storage, protection and control, SCADA, or climate response planning valued.
