Job Description # Sr Structural Engineer
- *
* Experience:
** 10+ years in heavy industrial/power plant projects
** OR
* * accredited bachelor’s & master’s degree in engineering plus a Professional Engineering (PE) license
* Strong knowledge of structural steel and concrete design principles
* Extensive experience with structural steel connection design
* Proficiency with industry codes, standards, and OSHA regulations
* Deep understanding of heavy industrial structures and components
* Advanced computer skills, including
** STAAD PRO
** and other structural software
* Ability to manage multiple large, multi‑discipline projects
* Skilled in performing structural inspections and writing detailed reports
* Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
* Excellent collaboration skills with plant staff, engineering teams, and vendors
