Estimated Duration: 3 years

Sitework Designer 1 -

• The Sitework Designer 1 position requires 0-5 years of related experience and a technical degree preferred.
• This position requires travel 25% of the time.

Sitework Designer 2 -

• The Sitework Designer 2 position requires 5-7 years of related experience and a technical degree preferred.
• This position requires travel 25% of the time.

• After working in the office for the first week or two to learn what we do, they can work remotely, except for meetings in the office or site visits.

• Producing 3D models and design drawings for sitework grading and drainage
• Preparing layouts and conceptual designs
• Reviewing vendor drawings
• Preparing material takeoffs
• Assist with cost estimates
• Skillsets and expertise required include knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D modeling experience (preferred), knowledge of environmental regulations such as Ga-EPD, ADEM, MDEQ, and Florida DEP, and the ability to build effective relationships with plant staff, design engineering staff, and vendors.
• Must live within 1 hour of Birmingham.
